Rabbi's Message

Dear Friends,

Chanukah is fast approaching, and on behalf of all of us here at Chabad I'd like  to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a very happy and inspiring eight-day Festival of Lights!

For thousands of years, the universal message of Chanukah provides hope, light, love, and freedom from all forms of limitations and oppression. We are taught by our ancestors that a little bit of light, sheds away a lot of darkness. Throughout the generations, this was emulated by the Jewish people time and again, starting from the small, outnumbered group of determined Maccabees, all the way into our current modern era.

Reading and sharing is great, but the most important thing to keep spreading the message of freedom and light is action; beginning with kindling the Menorah. Click here for a full guide with all of the information you need to fulfill this shining Mitzvah!

Need a Menorah? We have one for you, free of charge. Just give us a call!

Be sure to check out our Chanukah event directory. Chances are there is a Chanukah event near you. Click here to search now.

Wishing you and yours a very Happy Chanukah!

Warmest regards,

-Rabbi Sadya
